Terms of Service
Zuletzt aktualisiert: 2026-08-30
By using CloudVault you agree to these terms. We have kept them short.

What the service does
CloudVault backs up the folders you choose into your own Google Drive account, and frees disk space by removing files you have not opened in a long time — but only after the cloud copy has been verified.
We do not provide the storage. Your files sit in your own Drive account, and the space and quotas there are between you and Google.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password, and tell us if you notice unauthorised access.
An account is for your own use. You may not exceed the number of devices your plan allows.
Trial and subscription
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes every feature. We do not ask for a payment method for the trial.
When the trial ends your account moves to the free plan. Your account is not closed if you do not pay; only the features are limited.
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
What you may not do
You may not use the software to store unlawful content, to copy other people's data without permission, or to damage our systems.
You may not reverse-engineer the software, bypass its licence checks, or resell it as your own.
Warranty and liability
CloudVault is built with care, but no backup software is flawless. The software is provided "as is".
Never rely on a single backup for data that matters. We cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from data loss, and our liability is in any case limited to what you paid us over the previous 12 months.
This limitation does not affect consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email you before it takes effect.
You may close your account whenever you wish. We may close it if you seriously breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts of Istanbul having jurisdiction. As a consumer you keep the right to bring a claim before the courts where you live.
