Deleting Your Data
Zuletzt aktualisiert: 2026-08-30
You can delete your account and everything we hold about you. There are two ways.
Dieses Dokument wurde noch nicht in diese Sprache übersetzt; der folgende Text ist auf Englisch.
1. From the panel
Sign in to your CloudVault account, open My Account → Subscription and use the Delete account button.
Deletion starts as soon as you confirm.
2. By email
If you cannot reach the panel, write to info@nexttool.app from the email address registered to your account with "Account deletion" in the subject line.
We complete the request within 30 days at the latest and confirm it to you.
If you signed in with Google, Apple or GitHub
Both routes above work the same way; just sign in with your provider account to reach the panel.
You can also revoke CloudVault from the provider's own settings: Google Account permissions, Apple ID → Sign in with Apple, or GitHub Settings → Applications. That severs the connection — to erase the data we hold, also follow one of the steps above.
What gets deleted
Your account, email address, name, social account link, device records, file index and subscription history are permanently erased.
Technical server logs fall away when their own retention period ends, at most 90 days.
What happens to your files in Google Drive
Nothing. Backed-up files sit in your own Google Drive account and stay there; deleting your CloudVault account does not touch them.
If you want them gone too, delete them yourself from Google Drive.
